The mine field

Two competing groups out of the main group with equal numbers are formed, and each group selects an individual who is blindfolded. In playing this game the blindfolded fellow is guided on directions to take by the rest of the group to pick a particular color of woods assigned to it from the minefield and whoever picks the biggest number of woods of the colour assigned to them becomes the winning team. This activity promotes Strategic Planning, trust and communication as key factors to achieve big in any given organisation.
